Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping.
If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us immediately at:

If the order has not been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
You may, however, be eligible for a return or replacement depending on our Return & Refund Policy.

If a payment fails or remains pending, the order will not be processed. You can retry the payment or place a new order.

4. COD Orders (if enabled)

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for that user.

• COD: Refunds are provided via bank transfer or store credit.
