Return & Refund Policy — The House of the Drip

At The House of the Drip, we want you to love every product you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only products with defects, printing issues, wrong size delivered, or incorrect items are eligible.

  • We do not accept returns for size issues due to customer error unless a wrong size was shipped by us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Customized or limited-edition pieces (if applicable)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video proof of the issue

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address (subject to service availability),
    OR you may be asked to ship the item back to our return address.

  • The item must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

  • Once we receive the product and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following ways:

  • Full refund to your original payment method if approved

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only if:

  • The wrong size was delivered by us

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
